Probably number two on the list would be David and Goliath, since it is so well known, but also a very important one would be the three Hebrew children in the fiery furnace, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednigo, with the fourth figure in the fire-Jesus, showing that He is always with us. Daniel in the lion's den is similar.

The girls would like Esther and Ruth, both very remarkable women.

And who doesn't like to hear about Balaam's donkey, who actually had a thing or two to say to her master?

The widow giving her two mites is a wonderful example of giving back to the Lord after all He has done for us.

There are so many stories in the bible that can give children a perspective on how God wants us to live our lives for Him. These are just a few of the most well known.

I started with number two on the list, but number one, THE most important, should always be Jesus' death, burial and resurrection- the price that was paid for our salvation.

Hope these are enough to keep you going for awhile. :hug
