I need verses - false Gods the Israelites worshiped

I need verses that show where the Israelites worshiped false Gods such as the "golden cow" and "Baal".
Any help is appreciated and I need as many as possible.
Don't have the time to go in depth now but I am countering a group of people who are actually buying into Jordan Maxwell's videos because they haven't read the old testament.

Someone I know told me that Rompha is the "god" Shirley McClain "calls down" or whatever that mystical stuff is that she does.

apparently, Baal-Peor is a distinct additional false god worshipped as mentioned in Numbers 25:3 and Hosea 9:10
