If not I would love to get into a discussion about Heaven if anyone is interested.

There's quite a bit here in an older discussion: http://www.rr-bb.com/showthread.php?t=13301 Edit to add; this thread I linked to was started by a visiting non-believer, so there's a bunch of questions and debate, if that's not your cup of tea, you may wish to stick to this new thread you've started.

Hi Freeper! What is it about Heaven you want to discuss? Looks, feelings, what we'll do? All the above? I would love to hear what people have to say as well, although I think a lot of it will be opinion based, rather than scripturally. I could be wrong. I love reading books on NDE's (Near Death Experiences) because Heaven is explained as best as possible from a humanly point of view. However, I don't believe we can discuss that type of thing on here. The NDE's may or may not be fictional. They may be a figment of these people's imaginations while they were fixin' on passing away. I don't know. I do know that out of every single NDE book I've read, I've walked away with an incredible sense of peace and longing to go there (to Heaven)! It's hard to imagine a place so beautiful, peaceful, and awesome that we can't even explain it in human terms. Some people do a dang good job attempting to describe it and others in their books just simply say it was so incredibly beautiful and vibrant they can't even explain it. It makes me smile for days after reading them! And somehow it gives me such a peace, normal life's annoyances don't bother me near as much.:yeah

Anyway, I'd love to discuss Heaven with you if you want to continue your thread here. I don't know my Bible well enough to pop off with verses that would explain it, but then... I guess that's what Bible STUDY is. You study to find out, huh? :) Since we're goin' there, I'd love to learn a little more about it!
