For over fifty years Dr. Price has operated with tremendous integrity in the offices of Pastor and Teacher, committed to teaching the uncompromising Word of God and being a living epistle that the Word (of faith) works whenever if you dare work the Word. Never one to trumpet his own achievements and accomplishments, Dr. Price has instead elected to simply go about his way obeying God, doing those things which the Heavenly Father instructs. While his service as Pastor and Teacher is extremely well documented and noted, there is another spiritual office in which Dr. Price has quietly, dutifully, and without fanfare operated, the office of Apostle.

As a result, Crenshaw Christian Center and the Fellowship of Inner-City Word of Faith Ministries believe that Dr. Price’s entrance into the twilight years of his life and ministry make the perfect time and opportunity to publicly acknowledge his service as an Apostle in and to the Body of Christ. It is, therefore, with humble and respectful hearts that we most cordially invite you to join us July 21-25, 2008 for “Apostle’s Affirmation Week” as we publicly affirm

Dr. Frederick K.C. Price - Apostle of Faith

He's becoming an apostle?

"public acknowledgement?"

a "humble" celebration? -- Sounds a bit proud to me.

Just my opinion.

Ever watched Fred in action? He's as far from being humble as you can be! He's forever bragging about how much faith he has (yet his wife Betty had both surgery and chemo for her stomach cancer) and also about all his worldly expensive possessions - mansion in L.A., Rolls Royce cars, in-home theater that's evidently like a real movie theater, boat, money, Rolexes, etc. You know, he's your average WOF rich preacher and I don't know any of them who know a thing about being humble. Back to topic, I have no idea what they mean by his becoming an "apostle", but don't be surprised if it doesn't involve some kind of big raise to him financially.

I've definetly seen Fred in action. How he twists scripture and brag about his material possessions is sickening to me. I cant even watch him.

Well then he should be careful because the apostles were flogged and imprisoned regularly. I'm just sayin'..... :preach
