This morning very early I was reading through Isaiah - for the first time and I am not sure I understand where in the end times scenario the first few chapters lands.
This is how Chapter 2 starts ... and it goes on from there. I would type it all if I had time, but I am on break at work.
"1 This is what Isaiah son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem:
2 In the last days
the mountain of the LORD's temple will be established
as chief among the mountains;
it will be raised above the hills,
and all nations will stream to it."
Thank you -- I'm not a new believer, but a new learner (finally). I can use all the help I can get.

v.2-3 (1,000 yr reign) This is when Jesus establishes His kingdom on the mountains in Jerusalem. There will be annual trips to Jerusalem by all nations to hear Jesus teach.
v.4-5 Military budgets will be spent on agriculture rather than weapons since there won't be anymore wars. -"beating their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks"
v.6-8 (present man as well as post rapture) Speaks of greed, and how man has placed more value on material things made with hands instead of on the Lord.
v.9-11 Speaks of how those left behind will be humbled after enjoying those 3 1/2 yrs of prosperity from the AC. God is going to humble the proud.
v.12-19 (after 3 1/2 yrs into tribulation) Basically speaking on the destruction of everything and many will run to the mountains to try and hide from God's wrath. Massive earthquake will cause severe destruction.
v.20-22 People will flee to caves in mountains from fear, and God will shake the earth again.
