I support the natural body alignment and walking method as they were designed by God.
It's not a coincidence that "heels" looks so much like "hells."

I don't think they are "evil", but they sure can be uncomfortable. I have back issues, so I can't wear spikes anyway, but I do wear low heels (I-2 inch wide heels), I can still feel feminine without a back ache or feet pain. :thumbup

But love them when my wife wears them...and she must too since she spends major $$$$$$$ on them every month.

I love heels but I can't wear heels that are too tall anymore. They kill my feet. But a Nice 2 to 2 1/2inch heel is perfect.
