It is meant to be the Imam Mahdi performing a lamentation for the Imam Hussein I gather from the title !

This is just creepy, I doesn't look fake but I am no expert.

I don't know, all the title says is that it is the "Imam" = "Imam", "e-Zeman" = "of the (end) time" doing a "matam" = "Lamentation"

The "matam" is a Shiite ritual where they remember their first Imam's "Ali" assassination.

I totally agree. We are cutting it dangerously close. It appears that satanic influences among politicians, especially in key prohetic regions, are on a dramatic rise. In this type of climate, the rapture will occur.
