Here is what I published on my blog:

After 32 years of respecting Pat Robertson's judgment on many things, I have finally come to the end with him. I prayed with him back in 1976 and that was how I got saved, so I owe him that, but I just have to part ways after today's 700 Club on which Pat pulled out all the stops in his adoration for not only the pope, but IMO Catholicism itself. Following the praises for the pope the show had a piece on how the CC in Rome is "fighting Satanism." What a joke that is; Satan uses Catholicism left and right to stifle the truth of the gospel from getting to the souls that need it desperately.

Robertson has been off for some time now. I believe you were being very gracious to hold out this long.

You mark my words, Jesus said that He would make those things done in the dark come into the light and He would expose the false teachers, which we see happening as we speak.

Now whether people refuse to see this is on them.... I pray those who see will see finally what we are up against, complete and utter deception in the guise of "righteousness and godliness".

I don't understand how any Christian could praise the Pope or the Catholic Church what with all the idol worship of the Pope himself, Mary, and praying to the saints, etc. I've also stopped watching Pat Robertson because of his infamous New Year predictions that he always claims come from God - that is, if he heard correctly, which obviously he isn't because they never come to pass.

And that is the Biblical definition of a false prophet....unfullfilled prophecies.
Pat, Joel Olsteen, Benny Hinn are gonna have a lot of 'splaining to do in the near future leading their flocks to the wrong pastures. Satan knows his time is short and through him, God is allowing prophecy to come true as we see the birth pangs intensify. The whole 700 club should be taken off the air.

I saw that the other night and that ticked me off in every way possible!

Pat needs to retire quietly and his Son Gordan needs to take over or CBN will be finished.

You owe him nothing, God is able to use a donkey if He choses to, it (or he) is merely a vessel...the Holy spistit alone deserves the credit. You wouldn't thank the donkey would you....
