Need a Picture Re-sized!!!

Any CPU folks that can resize a picture for my sig? I want the one below, and it is bigger on my computer, but it seems very tiny on my sig...can someone help me resize it? Maybe about a 1/4 inch bigger all the way around?

I think there are restrictions set on the size of sig pics
