5 years ago, I stepped out in faith and sold my home and moved with my hubby from Houston, Texas to Washington State. I trusted God that one day we would have another house of our own. After all this time, we realized that we could never have a house here in Washington where the average house is over 500 thousand. God begin to work and through several things that happened, hubby and son both decided our best bet was to go back to Houston. Today we signed on the dotted line. I praise God that we are getting our own place and I am praying that He will bless us so that we can pay for the house.
Before we ever looked, I prayed God 's will. The house we are buying the owner and 3 of her neighbor friends prayed that a Christian would buy the house. I praise God that He answered our prayers as well as theirs. We began the drive back to Texas May first.
I hope this helps those who are praying for something that seems to be taking along time for an answer. Just over a year ago, my husband thought God would never give us a house. But God does indeed hear our prayers.
