I have a friend to goes there, and im not really sure what to think at all, right here in my city.

Any church that has on its website an advertisement for photographing same-sex couples' ceremonies is NOT Scripturally sound. PERIOD. For that reason alone, I would not attend. Most likely the church caters to same-sex couples who attend the church and are under the delusion that their lifestyle is acceptable to GOD.

Oh I know its totally not right, all the way, but I have a friend who goes there, who left our church to go to this one. I guess my concern is for him. I just pray that God opens his eyes and he'll turn back around.

Pray for him (I will too). He needs to know that his thinking is all wrong in regards to human sexuality. Assuming he's single, he needs to know that any sexual relations outside the bonds of marriage is a sin - celibacy until marriage is the only answer. And the only marriage acceptable before GOD is one between one man and one woman.

But GOD can forgive him of this sin if he repents and asks GOD to help him deal with his thoughts and worldly urges. Nothing is impossible with GOD.
