< makes wonderful stromboli...fresh bread dough rolled out to large square, layers of pepperoni, genoa salami, parmesan cheese, smoked provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, all rolled up into a loaf and baked until done. Yum. I also like to add fried onion and peppers inside. YUM
