U.S. Christianity D.O.A.

Published April 27th, 2008 by Editor in General

The Christian Post graciously reports on the 2008 Exponential National New Church Conference "Church Planters Keeping U.S. Christianity Alive".

The conference guest speakers certainly paint a picture of American Evangelicalism today.

If the Neo-liberalism of the Emergents

and pragmatism of the Purpose Driven

are the only reason U.S. Christianity is viewed as "alive",

one can rest assured it’s D.O.A.-Dead On Apostasy.

Watch this video from the conference and listen to the Rick Waren interview which includes:

conversation about vulgar hand gestures

Rick Warren engaging in distinctly immature humor

Warren meeting with Catholics to discuss PEACE Plan

Warren’s process and performance-driven religious system for manufacturing spiritual maturity

The Smell of Purpose Driven Ecumenism Is In The Air
Published April 28th, 2008 by Editor in Catholicism, Ecumenism, Purpose Driven, Rick Warren

Rick Warren shares what he calls "the secret of church growth", as he employs a childhood method of simulating the sound of passing gas during a recent interview from the 2008 Exponential National New Conference.

Warren also mentioned during this interview his near plans to meet with fellow Davos World Economic Forum panelist, Roman Catholic Theodore McCarrick, former Archbishop of Washington, DC.

The smell of global ecumenism is in the air, compliments of America’s pastor. See more pics at the Watcher’s Lamp.
