I also like Southern Gospel Music. The Southern Gospel Music artists that I like are JD Sumner And The Stamps Quartet, Blackwood Brother's, Cathedrals, Florida Boys, Imperials and Bill Gaither. There are some other Southern Gospel Music artists that I like but I can't think of them right now.

Greater Vision came to our church in February and they were awesome! There are several videos of them on YouTube--even some from the night at our church.

They are one of my favorite groups. We have seen them in concert too many times to count over the years, in tiny churches with about 50 people and in large settings with 100s of people and they always do a great job and they are the nicest guys.

I had been listening to the Southern Gospel station on AOL Radio. It really has lots of good stuff. I also like the Gaithers and Cathedrals. One of my favorites also is Greater Vision. I discovered them though In Touch with Charles Stanley.

God bless you!

Southern Gospel is my absolute favorite. It's about all I listen too other than the traditional Christian music played on BBN. I'd be hard pressed to name my favorites. The sad part is that so many of the greats have passed on to Glory in recent years...sad for us, not for them. When Dottie Rambo was killed recently, I imagined what Heaven must be like with all the old gospel singers getting together...what glorious singing and praising to the Lord must be going on...and she wrote most all the songs (that Bill & Gloria Gaither didn't write). LOL

Someone mentioned Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, who are fairly new and are fantastic! Ernie sang tenor with The Cathedrals until they had to disband due to the health of Glen Payne and George Younce (who is Ernie's father-in-law), both of whom have gone to be with the Lord. How I miss them, and Vestal Goodman, and many others.

Thanks for the thread on one of my favorite subjects.
