Praise GOD!!! My brother Steven's wife Joni has woke up!!! For those of you that didn't know I put a prayer request in April 18th. Joni , who is 43, had a massive stoke that morning. We have all been praying for healing and complete recovery.
Thank you all for the Prayers! God definently heard all of us. Yesterday, two weeks after the stroke God woke her up. Steve is continuing to fill everyone in on Joni's recovery on the Prayer Request.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!! Thank you Heavenly FATHER!!!

Below was my reply to what could appear to be a negative comment that has been remove by the administrators of this site, but in reality, for some, the question may need to be answered as far as how a person could have faith in the Lord yet not wonder why something that has gone wrong, went wrong in the first place. We may question, but we may not receive an answer that we could understand unless we can number the stars or the sand on the sea shore. My wife has the faith to be where she is now, and I believe that someone will benefit and find the Lord that may not have had the opportunity before.
I praise the Lord for every 1 more minute that I have with my beautiful precious wife, and trust that Jesus has everything under control.
Here was my response to what was removed:
I am not going to worry or bother myself with "who" put her in a comma or try and hold someone responsible... most of the time; it's not a who anyways, but a what... like a frail body, or an accident. When you were a kid and fell off your bike and hurt yourself, did you hold you parents responsible because they taught you how to ride the bike... I doubt it.
The main thing to recognize is the power that kept her safe and woke her up. Jesus didn't have to, but he did. That's called love. There are some things that maybe you shouldn't bother wondering about or trying to find someone to blame responsibility... there are many better things to do with your time, like praising Jesus!

Here is an update on my wife... the facility that was caring for her, well, wasn't, and she became septic with a full body infection. She had to be rushed to ICU where she was running a 107 core temperature. Well folks, from what I understand, that is a fatal temperature, but she remained coherent and responding to me the whole time.
This was on Thursday, 5/22. Now on Sunday, 3 days later, it is though we took 2 steps back to make one step forward, but the Lord brought her through that and she is still responding. She lost some of the movement she gained since the stroke, but we are working and won’t stop. She (we) will have some story to tell about how the Lord carried her... and me, through a real honest to goodness nightmare.
That night of the 107 temp, she was completely submerged in ice to try and bring her core temp down. Since then, she has been pretty tired, but I can see that she is more ready each day, to go again and get back her abilities.
Thank you all for your prayers. May the Lord bless you all for your consistent faith!!!
