It is a hard choice because I love them both...but I voted for Proverbs.

I like Psalms because I suffer from depression and so did David, but even when he was low, he talks about God helping him, and that encourages me too.

Proverbs - wisdom for living. :)

My son always slouches down when we're reading the Bible and we get to one of the Proverbs that start off with "my son" - :aha
