Around 5.5 years from the min which started about summer of '06

NASA is urging that max will be early and everyone predicts a much more sever max than was observed in 00-01 but most feel NASA is looking for any reason to get more funding from it's shrinking allotment. They'd say the sky is falling if they could get a couple of extra mil people feel. They also follow the ole Mayan thingie (at least by implication) so it's hard to say.


*NOTE* Im not busting on NASA nor making bad comments about those affiliated with them, so please understand Im just staing opinions Ive read. No, "well I work for NASA and *insert soapbox here*" please??

But around 2011-2012 is the scientific date but NASA said last year as early as this year or next possibly but it's not looking that way at all.
