you know, if you call and ask for samples they will send you some. Just tell them the grade and subject... That is how my son fell in love with them

You know what I did? I downloaded their state project just so I could see a sample of what they do, and I was so impressed! :yeah If the rest of their curriculum is anything like the state project, then I am switching all of my kiddos to this! :yay

Oh thank you! This is what I needed! A confirmation! :yay I am going to use ACE with my son through high school. I just wish that I had heard of it sooner! I could have used it all the way through.

He will get used to the workbook format. He'll have to, because I am not able to keep up with him in all subject areas any longer and he needs more independent study.

no problem! I think you and your son(or all your kids if that's they way you decided to go) will really like this program, it will defiantly be less work on your part since your kids do most of the work on there own

-- don't want to over burden you but something else you should look into is Student Convention(its provided by ACE) This is something I did from 9-12 grade, I had a blast with it. I'll give you a quick run down and if you need more info just let me know.

Student Convention is a chance for students between 9-12 grade to take part in competition in various areas: such as, arts(drawing, painting, photography,) Academics(bible memory, science/social studies research, collection projects) Athletics (archery, track and field) Music both vocal and instrumental and Drama -- there's way more events I just named a few

This comp. not only provides the excitement of competition but a chance to grow closer to God, in the evenings the rallies(basically a church service geared toward teens) encourage teens to grow closer to God and to let God have control etc

This is just the tip of the ice berg, so to speak, I just wanted to let you know about this since your going with ACE, PLEASE, if you need more info let me know,

My brother just graduated using ACE and enjoyed it so much more than other programs. He got to take his time and really crunch on subjects that were more difficult for him, but was able to fly through the things he grasped easily.


I use it for 3 of my 5 and all are doing great with it :thumbup
