I don't cook with oil either. I usually cook like this:

1. Point to item on menu.
2. Pay the cashier.

:thumb My kind of man. I used to have a refridgerator magnet that said, "Honey guess what I made for dinner? Reservations!" One of my..... ummmmm.... methods to get an immediate nod that we could go out for dinner was...when he came home or called and asked, what's for dinner? I'd say, I was thinking of making Tuna Casserole. Worked every time. :o

I used to love to cook but now that I am a single mom, and my oldest kids have long left the nest and only my two boys are left home (and they are NOT connesuers) I got tired of all the effort. It ended up I'd cook these big dinners, many times just for myself. I could put a nice pot roast dinner or a turkey dinner (other than holiday time) in front of them and get the same response as if I gave them mac and cheese-sometimes the response was worse. :doh I ended up tossing out so many left overs, it just wasn't good.

I am going to have to try Buzz's recipe though, that looks like something my boys would like. :)

That wouldn't have worked with me. Tuna casserole is a personal favorite. Now if you would have said, "lima beans and liver," I would have bought you one of everything on the menu.

wet them down till they are soggy sourdough
