Hot or Sweet Italian sausages. 2 or 3 depending on size.
Broccoli heads (about a pound)
1 large Onion
6 medium Potatoes
Handfull of fresh Parsley
3 cans Cheese Soup (I used Campbells)
2 cans Milk
4 cups Water
Yellow Curry Powder. Start with 1 TBSP and adjust to taste.
2 Chicken Boullion cubes.
Cut up the Broccoli into smallish pieces
Peel and cube the potatoes
Peel and chop the Onion
De-stem and chop the Parsley
Squeeze the filling out of the sausages and cook in a large soup pot until well rendered and golden brown. Drain the fat and place the sausage pieces on a paper towel. Set aside.
Put the water, onion, bullion and curry powder into the same pot and bring to a low boil.
Add the sausage pieces back along with the Parsley, all 3 cans of Cheese Soup and 2 cans of Milk. Return to a low boil stirring often.
Add the Potatoes and Broccoli and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
EDIT: Be a bit careful of combining Hot Sausages with Spicy Curry. It wouldnt bother me being that hot, but half my family wouldnt be able to eat it. I prefer to use Hot Sausages with a Mild Curry.
