VBS -- Need Your Opinion

If your church buys one of the popular VBS packages every year, or comes up with it's own, would you please vote on whether or not it has been a blessing, had so-so results, or was a total waste of time. If you could, be specific about the program -- which one was used, what you thought about it, if it wasn't perfect what you would have done differently. Even if you weren't part of the administration/teaching, but participated by bringing a child or in some other way, I'd like your opinion.

BTW, our church is doing Rainforest Adventure this year.

Man your asking me to think to far back...LOL Ive been invovled in VBS since I was 3yrs old so I cant remeber all the ones we've done I'll list what I can

Racing theme
Bible theme (twice -- two different ones though)
A couple different tropical/rainforest theme
Medievel Theme

This yr we are doing the AIG (Answers in Genesis)

I enjoyed the crafts but mostly it seemed like a way for mom to get free babysitting.
