Smilies: baffled again!

I've been clearing the temp. internet files like instructed in the sticky. But most of the smilies still won't animate. I have internet explorer 7. Windows xp.
Any ideas? Thank you!

I haven't had any problems from anyone else, I tend to think it is an isolated case on your computer. Did you restart the computer?? :scratch

You just need to clear your cache
that is where the smilies go (animated *.gif files)
If you ever have problems staying logged in you delete your rr cookie and it will store a new one.
