When my brother and I got tired of sloppy joes then my mom would break this one out. My wife likes this one b/c she WILL NOT eat sloppy joes! Sad, I know...:tsk
Brown 1 1/2 lb ground beef, drain. Add 1 can chicken gumbo soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tablespoon each of mustard and ketchup. Simmer on low for 15-20 min. Serve on buns, topped w/grated cheese.
