1/2 lb velveeta, (save the other 1/2 lb to make Rotel queso to go along w/this.)
Melt cheese w/ 5 oz can of Pet milk, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and 1 can drained Rotel. While sauce is melting, brown 1 lb ground beef & 1/2 c. onion, drain and add 1 c grated cheddar cheese. Heat 12 corn tortillas, add meat to each and roll, place in baking dish. Pour sauce over enchiladas and bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Make the queso with 1 can Rotel and the other 1/2 lb of velvetta. ENJOY!!
