Simply, don't pull away from the church.

Unfortunately, Christians use this scripture to put a guilt trip on people who don't attend as consistently as they feel they should. One church I attended had a pastor that said that "every time the church doors swing open that you ought to swing in." :rolleyes That's a bit over the top, IMO.

The day of judgement. The rest of the passages around those verses, show the coming judgement on those who's sins are not covered by the blood of Jesus.

The end of physical life. In context with Hebrews 9:27.
