Just shows how "earthquakes in diverse places" can sneak up on you...

Normally, this many earthquakes above 4.0 within 3 days would have raised many eyebrows; but the media has become use to this, and it takes a quake of ever-greater intensity to make it on to print.

3/29/2008 7:36:57 PM Earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 was recorded off the coast of Indonesia on Saturday. U.S. Geological Survey warned that there is a possibility of tsunami on coasts up to 100 kilometers from the epicenter.
