I am from Michigan and it was $3.99 this morning.. now it is $4.07 for regular and $4.12 for premium. :frust My mom was curious if the Shell gas station down the road was at $4.07 as well for regular.. and she called them and said by law they are not allowed to tell the prices of gas :scratch I really have a hard time believing that. They probably don't want people to go elsewhere if it is cheaper.

Maybe they can't tell in case someone comes after the price is raised again?

I still doubt that there is a "law" that prohibits them from telling the current selling price. :rolleyes Ask them if they can direct you to the appropriate statute so you can read it for yourself.

$4.39 for the cheapest here and still climbing.....decided to top off the tank today before it goes to 5 bucks next week :doh

ok the closest one to my house is still at $3.98, the one about another half mile down the road is $4.19. Guess which one I'm gong to. :)

That's the worst that I've heard of. Where do you live?




$4.39 for the cheapest here and still climbing.....decided to top off the tank today before it goes to 5 bucks next week :doh

They were changing it to $3.74 while I was filling up at $3.69 this morning.:fear

That is scary. Tractor Trailers are like the blood cells of our economy. Just like our body they carry supplies to and from. These guys need to be able to afford diesel to get goods, services, waste to our cities and rural areas. What happens to these big truck companies if they can not afford diesel and tens of thousands of trucks sit idle?
