I always get requests for this recipe for barbecue sauce,,,,developed over many years of testing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,people just LOVE IT !!!! All the bottled sauces in the stores have high-fructose corn syrup in them, plus the array of other things, not natural.............

MOM'S BARBECUE SAUCE
1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
2 6-oz cans tomato paste
1 oz or so of ketchup
1 1/3 cups packed light brown sugar
6 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
4 teaspoons barbecue smoked seasoning (such as Hickory Liquid Smoke)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
5-6 shakes tabasco sauce
Combine tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, and the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer. Cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Yield: 1 quart + a 1/2 cup or so.
