This would have to be the best analogy I can think of for Mormonism. When the condemmed prisoner is escorted to the gallows it was common to have someone call out "Dead man walking".
With the advances in DNA research, archeology, historical documentation, online databases and Bible apopogetics that properly disclose true doctrine it is a wonder that there is a single Mormon left. Joseph Smith has been proven to be a false prophet so many times it defies logic. :idunno
This only underscores the level of deception and dispair that a Mormon must be under. So many God seeking good people led to destruction by a false doctrine that enslaves them. Family and social pressure to conform to a failed theology that the mind cannot rejoice in must eat at their very core. Contradictions in too many places, failed prophets, handy revelations under political pressure, re-written white-washed history, the list goes on and on.
To any Mormon seekers out there: There is truth and rest to be found in the true Jesus. Don't let the failure of Mormonism's man made system ruin your search for God. He is waiting for you. Even if you feel that you must stay rooted in your current social circle to survive in this world PLEASE, just admit in your heart that Jesus is the Lord, God became man, given to the world so that they may be saved by his sacrifice alone. If you know and admit this in your heart, YOU ARE SAVED!
Let go of the false doctrine of Jesus being the brother of satan, let go of Kolob, let go of all of the progression to your own godhood doctrines, it is all a lie made to keep you from a God that loves you. Set yourself free to know the real GOD!
Knowing the Bible to be the true word of God and finding the real Christ in it is a journey that will lead you to a heart that is filled with joy, a mind that can find order and peace, and an eternal life as a child of God. Do not fear to know this truth. Every system of man made worship has EXTRA- BIBLICAL WRITINGS that lead to apostasy and works that add or take away from the true God-breathed word of God. Mormonism is just another one of many attempts of Satan to turn your eye from the true nature of God and Jesus. If you deny His nature (Jesus), satan has won you over.
Lord I pray for the Mormon people, help them to see the way out of the labrinth of deception. Place their trust in you, a God that is knowable and loving who is waiting for them to come to you. Lord please release them into your hands and start their journey into a new life with you as their God. A God who shows himself in three ways Father, Son and Holy Spirit who is one Holy God.
Lord I also ask for you to give them the power to trust in you and to find a new faith in you and your word. I also ask for you to protect the ones who seek for you so their hearts may be comforted by your loving Spirit.
I ask this in the name of your son who gave his life so that we may live, Jesus the Christ, the Lamb of God.

Please, if you are in the LDS church and have questions, just ask. I will try to answer you. If I can't somebody here will. We love you and want to spend an eternity with you and the Lord in his kingdom praising Him alone. Don' let another day go by without finding Jesus because the time is short and he is at the door knocking, waiting for you to answer. Christ is just who he said he was and the way is clear, He is the way the truth and the life and all must go through Christ to get to God. This means that you must know who He is and not some clever substitute. The nature of a Holy and singular God cannot be denied if you are to find salvation. Turn to him and you shall be saved. Let him sort out the rest of your worries about family, work, money and all of the rest. He will give you real peace.
