I don't have exact measurments for this salad. It should be the consistancy of tuna fish salad.
1 can of drained and cleaned salmon (bones, skin removed if desired)
mayo (I use Light mayo)
Old Bay seasoning to your desired taste (I use roughly about a Tbsp.)
Dill (about a Tbsp.)
Combine and serve on crackers or as a sandwich on bread.
To vary it I sometimes add capers and about 1/2 a block of cream cheese. Spread on flour tortillas and roll it up to make salmon wraps.
You can also vary it by using smoked or fresh salmon instead of canned. However canned is the cheapest around our area.
