Oreo Chocolate Dessert

1 pkg Double Stuffed Oreos 1 3.4oz instant chocolate pudding
1 large container Cool Whip 1 3.4oz instant vanilla pudding
1 cup powdered sugar 1 8oz pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup melted butter 3 cups milk

Crush Oreos (small) and place in bottom of 9x13 pan (or any size depending on what thickness). Pour melted butter over Oreos and mix well. Firmly press Oreos to make crust.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1tblsp milk. Fold in 1/2 carton of Cool Whip. Gently spread mixture on top of Oreos evenly.

In same bowl put both packages of pudding with 3 cups milk and stir until thick. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.

Layer last 1/2 carton of Cool Whip on top of pudding. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Variation: For lemon dessert use 1 package pecan sandies and 2 packages instant lemon pudding instead of Oreos and the chocolate and vanilla pudding.

I think I have a new dental cavity from merely reading the recipe.

I haven't tried desserts yet. Who knows, maybe this is a way to win a woman's heart (from a guy's perspective) . . . . :whistle

My wife's BF gave us a couple of slices of the Lemon variation that she prefers. I had a couple of bites and loved it. 2 bites is all I could get b/c my wife had a fork and she was eating every bit of it!

:pound :aha, I think bf can be boyfriend or best friend, so I should be a little more careful of my abbreviations! Still, you're cracking me up. Goodnight, Jadeeyes.

I've seen a lot of people differentiate by using BFF for "best friends forever":)
