hurricane season has started

Just came back from the Gulf and just wait till a hurricane brews up and they shut down production, watch those prices go sky high for gasoline.....expect to see $7 a gallon....

My son and I were just discussing this. I was telling him how I read that gas will jump to $6 a gallon if there's hurricanes. We live in FL and have had out share of hurricanes. There were BIG TIME gas shortages every time a hurricane was threatening, but the prices never went higher. Now all of a sudden, prices will jump sky high. I'm not looking forward to it.:heh

Please keep all the low/fixed income families in you prayers. My heart aches thinking of them trying to evacuate during hurricane season with gas prices continually rising.
