The board is super-slow

Any ideas??

When I am logged on, the board response is slower than molasses and likely will get 'server is busy' message. If I'm logged off, the board speed is fine.

I've deleted cookies.

A defrag up to three times should take care of it, and a reboot. Also how old is your computer?

I don't have a slowness problem but I do get a 404 message every night about the same time for hours on end and I can't get onto the forum.. frustrating.

I think I had tried that without rebooting. It appears ok now after deleting and rebooting.
