The two openly homosexual members of the U.S. House of Representatives have recruited 50 of their colleagues to officially join them in promoting the homosexual agenda in Congress.....

From the link:
"Democrats Barney Frank of Massachusetts and Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin are the only open homosexuals serving in Congress. They have joined with Republicans Ileana Ros-Lehtinen of Florida and Christopher Shays of Connecticut, and 50 other Democrats to create the House Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Caucus. Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans for Truth About Homosexuality, says it is a sad day when Congress enshrines official promotion of sexual immorality."
What do you expect?
People want to believe it is a "personal issue". People want to believe they don't recruit. People want to believe that this is acceptable. Why the surprise? People VOTE these folks into office in positions of authority - so they are looked UP to.
I guarantee you there are folks reading of participating on this board that say the above and vote for them in office.

How right you are! There has been a stirring in my spirit the last few days. Don't know why, just feel like something big will be happening soon. The world cannot continue as it is now. Lord, please help us!

*I know this is a long post but I just want to share my experience to show just how much the gay agenda being pushed at a higher level is affecting society in daily life.
I work in administrative services for a large insurance company and I am the team leader in the mail room which is in an isolated part of the office away from the manager and her assistant. My job is to oversee and delegate the work as well as insure employees are being productive. In all the time I've been doing this I have never had to be a disciplinarian with anyone until now. It's been a very liberal environment as opposed to the rest of the department, they get to listen to music while they work and I have never minded chatting as long as the work got done and done well.
Recently a young openly homosexual man was hired to work with us and this is only because my boss was away on vacation at the time. She usually attends the interviews herself and makes sure that the candidates are mature responsable people who can work without close supervision which this guy clearly is not. Since he's been with us it's like party central there. He spends more time talking than working and distracting the other workers. He's more concerned about being liked by everyone than actually doing his job. He seems to be quite popular with the girls and it's gotten to the point that I have had to ask that our work area be restricted to the people who actually work there but that didn't help much because instead of them coming to him he leaves his workstation to go talk to them everytime I turn my back and I have to waste my time that should be spent working walking around the office or on the phone looking for him to tell him to get back to work.
He approached me about another worker saying he didn't feel comfortable around him. I asked if he did or said anything that was offensive or rude towards him and he said no it was just that he thought the guy didn't like him much. This was quite frustrating. I had to tell him that his purpose in being here was not to make evryone accept and like him but to work and he needed to put that as his priority and not to bother me with such petty issues again unless something unacceptable is done towards him in which case he should go to HR with his complaint.
I have talked to my boss about his poor work ethic on numerous occasions but she won't address him personally about it which is frustrating because I've seen her do it with others who've been far less of a problem. The only thing she's done to try to rectify the problem is hold general meetings not to single anyone out talking about how we should be conducting ouselves in the office.
This weekend was his birthday along with another worker who by the way has been with us for at least a year now. Nothing special was done for her in or outside of the office but a big party was thrown for him on Thursday which included dinner followed by a cabaret show (cross dressers) and just about everyone attended except for myself, another christian and a muslim. I don't know about the others but I was hounded by everyone the whole day to justify why I wasn't going to attend his party when I usually attend all other office related outings. Despite the fact that this person is a huge source of stress in my work life right now because of all the trouble he's caused in our once peaceful and fun working environment, I don't really want to spend time ouside of work with him let alone partake in anything to promote his lifestyle. We're now seen as intolerant religious freaks.
Yesterday I was asked to buy some birthday cards for the two of them by the other team-leader and was told to make sure the card I picked out for him was pretty and feminin. Again I'm being asked to encourage his homosexuality and this deeply disturbs me. I made it a point to buy a nice pink card and pink rose for her because she is a girl and a lovely yet masculin blue card and blue rose for him because he's a BOY!
I have worked with homosexuals before with no problems whatsover. I even had a homosexual employer once. These people conducted themselves professionally and didn't use their sexual orientation to gain favor over anyone else. I have never had it imposed on me like it has been in this case and although it's troubling me that I'm being made out to be some kind of hateful bigot I am not at all surprised. If anything these events have drawn me closer to the Lord because I can only get through this with the strength he gives me.
Just last week he made the comment that father's day is not really a day to celebrate earthly fathers but a day to celebrate God and that since his own birthday falls on fathers day that makes him the son of God. He went on to make some "joke" about me being priviledged to have Jesus working right here with me in the mailroom followed by "this is blasphemous to you isn't it?" with a smirk on his face. Everyone around just laughed about it. I didn't think it was a laughing matter at all and my first impulse was to run straight up to HR and make a complaint about this (something I've never done and probably never would) but instead I just smiled and replied by saying yes, Jesus is here with me in the mailroom and at all times and one day you'll have to answer to Him for what you just said so don't worry about offending me.
I don't think HR would have taken me seriously anyway and I would probably be told to keep my religious beliefs apart from my work life but this leads me to question why this guy can't be told to keep his sexual lifestyle apart from his work life instead of imposing it on everyone around him. The strange thing is it doesn't seem to be imposed at all, everyone seems to be willingly giving this guy extra special attention because he's gay.
I already know the answer to these questions and am comforted by God's word that these things must be but it's a trial all the same.

There is a problem here but it's not you. He is using his open homosexuality to protect his poor work ethic. You now have a challenge. In order to correct his behavior or have grounds for his dismissal in the event that he is not willing to correct his behavior, you need to have documentation. That is going to be time consuming. Start a log. Everytime that you have to track him down, write down the date, the time, who you called, where you walked, where you found him, when you found him and what he was doing. When he is goofing around in the actual work area, note the time you first noticed it and how long it lasted, your actions taken to get him back on task, and how many times you had to speak with him to get him back on task. I suspect that after a week or two, you will see a pattern. Then you take the pattern to your boss. If your boss doesn't help with this, keep doing the log. It's your protection. Write down comments he makes to you in the log...his comment about being Jesus may be considered persecution/harrassment. Write down who was present when the comments were made. It may sound petty but this is what you need to get the situation under control. If your boss continues to not assist with the problem, go to HR or your boss's boss with all your documentation.

It's easier to read. I want folks to SEE who is promoting this. I see NJ, as usual, endorses what we don't. We never seem to get candiates that reflect our Biblical beliefs ... . Still we don't vote for these kinds of people in office.
