i get those moods, where i cannot bring myself to say anything nice or pleasant. it really stinks!

Thank you all. I do feel better. I hate when I get in such a bad mood! I end up feeling guilty, then down, and then just want to curl up and die. Sheesh!! Anyway, I'm at work (lunch break) and I feel human today.
