Favorite way to eat spam:

Place the large hunk (unsliced) into a baking pan. Surround the hunk of spam with chunks of cut up potatoes. Sprinkle all with lots of garlic. Bake in the oven at about 350 degrees until potatoes are fork tender.

YUM-YUM!:thumb This is best way I like spam. The potatoes help take away some of the saltiness!

All Spam is, is pork shoulder and bacon with some spices. It isn't like there are pigs feet or anything in it LOL Of course I have to admit I've never eaten it before, but I am not against canned meats. I love canned ham. I chop it up and put it in mac and cheese.

I like to slice spam thin and pan fry it until it is brown. A lot of the fat comes out and it's crispy goodness. I didn't know until this week that my dh likes spam...I had stopped buying it cause I thought I was the only one who liked it. Imagine, still finding things out after 21 years of marriage!!!
