Kind of of like eating a scoop of Crisco with a very small lean protein portion on the side. :aha

To qualify as a protein source as one of my six daily meals, I would need to eat three servings (only 21 g protein) with a whopping 48 g fat. :doh

I love ranch dressing, too (can't have it right now though :crying)

It's great on fried mozarrella sticks, too. And with fried mushrooms. (Can't have those right now either. :hairout)

there's a greek pizza place down the road that has the best fried mushies ever. i absolutely love them...

Spicy Ranch dressing on tacos. Incredible! I highly recommend it. I think it's by Hidden Valley.
Ranch dressing is mostly fat, spam is mostly fat-you put one on the other and it's pretty decadent (not unlike fried breaded CHEESE sticks!)

Don't mind you asking...I had an emergency gallbladder removal on June 6th. Still recovering and on a VERY low fat diet right now. My surgeon saw me the other day and said I can start to reintroduce the fats starting this Saturday. I'm really craving fat right now and all this talk of SPAM isn't helping. :aha
