Can you smell mice?

I know for a fact that there is a mouse running loose in my house. I can smell those little things. My hubby said I am insane (shut up!) and no one can smell mice. I told him that I really can and everytime I have told him I smell one we have caught it within a day or two. So can anyone else smell them?

They're fairly dirty animals and carry diseases, you'd think you could smell them.

I can't. But I can tell by how my poodle acts when we have one. :laugh
Thankfully I found where they were getting in and we haven't had one for a year. :yay

I have 4 cats so I don't ever see or smell mice! :thumbup I do however see lizard heads all over my yard :fear

My dh can smell them, but he's a hunter. He can smell where the elk pee in the forest, and hunt them down. He's been known to shoot the mice in our house.
They must know it, 'cause they never come inside anymore.
Get yourself a pellet gun, and start practicing your hunting skills for the hard times to come!

Yes, never had one, but at work I told my boss I smelled mice and he said I was nuts. Two days later they took over my office. It smells like cedar or something. I took char-boy and stuffed every cable hole, gas line hole
and cleaned that place for a whole weekend w/ bleach and never seen another one.:eek:
