Mac and Cheese Nacho bake

This is a good kid meal and cheap, Makes alot if you have several mouths to feed.

Make a box of velveeta shells and cheese, add 3/4 cup sour cream and mix,
brown one pound of hamburger, add one pack of taco seasoning,
Put the mac and cheese in a baking/micro pan, top with the meat, top with shredded cheese, bake for about 10 or nuke until cheese melts and heated through, top with crushed tortilla chips and salsa. ( we have salsa on the side since I like it hot and my dd likes it mild. Serve with a green salad. This is one of my dd's favorites and I like too,

I just passed this on to my DW and some friends. My kids eat mac&cheese like it is going out of style, so we buy Kroger brand and we buy 5+ at a time. This should be a homerun at my house!! :thumb
