The revival is sponsored by Ignited Church which is not his home church, but the revival is Bentley's thing. I don't think there's anyone in real authority over him except those "apostles" who commissioned him Monday.

This is exactly what I've been trying to explain to friends who are so into Bentley. How is it any different from Mormonism? If you can't rely solely on God's word, then anything is fair game!

Nope....I don't feel it is from the Lord either. Good post Maggie btw....
The deception just keeps getting stronger. And I feel it is because people are not reading the word of God. If they knew the word, they would see the contradictions immediately or get red flags that it doesn't jive with scripture.
This is the churchs' biggest problem I believe; not knowing the word of God.
Searching for a supernatural experience instead of seeking God's face. It's
almost like a contest to see who is experiencing more mystical, spiritual things...like this is a barometer as to your close relationship to God. It is false.

Wow. Just watched quite a few youtube videos. This is so not from the lord.
This drunk stuff does not glorify the Lord....and some of the laughter sounds
demonic. These people are looking for a supernatural, mystical experience.
It's horrible. He talks about angels and we are not to emphasis anything but the Lord...this takes the true focus off of Him. I feel I have to pray for the Lord to cleanse me after what I just watched.

I have friends who do read the word daily and are still caught up in this :idunno.
