Just curious, but how is the tongue ring any different than the rest? How does it promote vulgarity? I am NOT picking at you, expect for your brain, perhaps. :lol2

*edit* Personally I don't like them. The people that have them don't talk right and they are running a high risk of cracking a tooth. :ohno

I don't mind one here and there but some folks go way overboard. Some I think are ugly some I think look nice. I just have my ears pierced but a few years back I had a pierced nose. Just a small gem but it kept getting infected so I took it out.

So, when you blow your nose, do you have to cover the hole so you don't make a mess??? :pound Just wondering. :heh

When put that way, I would have to agree with you. People need to just shut up as far as bedroom stuff goes.

Edited to add: No wonder I couldn't quote the last post - it has been deleted! :)

I'll PM you the answer to this question.
The answer is more than we want to discuss in public on the board. ;)

I just don't think there's a delicate way to explain it. :lol2 Though your explanation was as close as one could get. :hug

He's 21 yrs. old and already has a celtic Cross on his right forearm. He just got a Jesus Fish on his left forearm, and he explains to EVERYONE that the IXOYE (inside the fish) means, in Greek: Jesus Christ God's Son, Savior.

:faint

Then, underneath the Jesus Fish he has:

Gal. 6:17

This passage reads: "Finally, let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus."

Now we know Paul was writing to the Galatians here, back in the day, and we know all he went through being imprisoned from one land to the next.

Our son, Luke, certainly doesn't experience the turmoil that the Apostle Paul went through, but I see this as a witnessing tool (trying to find something good out of it because I HATE tattoo's!!:idunno)

His friends all ask what it means, and everywhere he goes, he's asked what it means - although he's shy, he tells people!!

I think that's pretty cool. :) Of course, I'm not at all biased!! :heh :idunno
