On my taskbar I had a yelloow triangle with an exlamation point in it. I put my cursor over it and it said "low virtual memory" so I double clicked it and nothing happend. How do I increase my virtual memory? Thanks
btw that icon is now gone from my taskbar, where did it go

Yeah under normal conditions Windows manages the virtual memory well enough not to mess with it. Could be a couple of reasons for these low memory messages. Either a program is getting out of control and using too much memory or you are running out of disk space.

If this message keeps coming up then look to see if you can free up some hard drive space.
