My Abba's Child

Well, gang, I'm getting ready to receive my FIRST RagaMuffin kitten! :yeah I'd LOVE you all to see my sweet little Hosanna, but I'm pretty computer illiterate... anyone know how I can post pictures for everyone to oooh and ahhh over? =) If I e-mail someone my pictures, would you be willing to post 'em for me or something? She's a perfect black and white "tuxedo-type" and HOPEFULLY things work out for her to be my first "Queen" when I start my breeding program in January. :pray
These are some SUPER awesome cats; they're nicknamed "puppy-cats" because they have many of the same behaviors that everyone loves from their puppies. They will meet their owners at the door, they will follow you around the house, you can train them, walk them on leashes, and they actually DESIRE human contact. They are bred for sweet temperaments and, what no other cats do (except for the breed they came from, Ragdolls), they completely relax in your arms, they "flop" like a child's ragdoll! They're so sweet and trusting that you have to sign an agreement to NEVER allow your cat to live outside, because they have no natural protection as they think everything is their best friend. They're "soft pawed" which means they use their claws much less than other cats, even during play. These cats have medium to long coats but rarely do you have to worry about tangles; they're very easy to groom, only needing brushed about once a week.
I CANNOT wait to bring the li'l fuzzball home! I've run into a bit of a problem, however, as the temperatures are too hot for normal shipping (normally they're shipped in crates in the luggage compartment of major airlines, but only if take-off airport AND destination airports are under 85 degrees). Since we live in Arizona, it's not going to be under 85 degrees again til about October. hehe So, we've had to find a courier to carry the kitty in a crate under her seat in the cabin of the airplane. We found someone who does kitty deliveries quite a bit, but it's just KILLING ME because not only do we have to wait for the courier's schedule to clear all the way to the breeder's location in Florida and back to our location in Arizona, but the breeder's schedule also has to coincide. ARGH!! :panic Our courier works for the airlines, so her air travel is free for her, but she has to work out the flights that have empty seats, so that's ANOTHER complication. *sighs* Everyone pray for me and the boys not to have a nervous breakdown!! :lol2
