I saw my elderly neighbor do this before and it was really good. BTW, she'll soon be 93 y/o.

Put several pieces of chicken in an iron skillet. Now pour some ketchup over them followed by some coca-cola. Put a lid on it and cook slow/simmer until it's tender. Turn the chicken over occasionally while cooking.

It's just that simple. I'm sure it could also be cooked the same way in the oven or crock pot if you prefer. :)

That does sound good. I like to cook skinless, boneless chicken breast similarly to how she cooks it. Put a little olive oil in the pan, get the chicken cooking, dump some tomato paste or tomato sauce and some mushrooms in the pan, cover it and let it cook away. Check every so often to turn the chicken and make sure the liquid hasn't boiled away (add a little water if needed). It's tender and tastes great.

That recipe sounds really good as well. I also think the recipe above is best with skinless chicken. :)

I have had slower cooker ribs like that. For the first half of cooking time, get some cheap BBQ sauce, and coke. make a roughly half 'n half mix and cook the meat in it.
for the second half, drain the old mix, and get your favorite sauce and a little coke and cook the meat through.

You'll end up with some of the most tender ribs you've ever had.
