Thats a good indicator of just how bad things are becoming..............even the illegals see the writting on the wall, you would think the CNN folks would catch on. Then again I think many of them are only saying what they are told to say.:doh

It's scary how bad the economy is getting.

I wonder if the reverse will ever happen and desperate Americans will jump the fence over into Mexico to look for work.:fear

This is good news for North Carolina. We've got one of the fastest growing illegal populations in the nation! :ohno

I just pray at least some of them have recieved the Godo News with gladness, and trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior.

"Heavenly Father, thank you that some have come here looking for something better, and we pray that Your love reached them here, that they realized that the "land of plenty" they seek isn't any physical land, but it is instead your great salvation through what Jesus Christ did for them on the cross; plus nothing and minus nothing. Most gracious Father, we pray that You would continue to reach these people with the Gospel, and that, while disillusioned here, they may be able to return home and take with them the Good News, that while there may not be jobs in America, there is salvation and a new life to be had in Jesus Christ.

"May there be many who take the truth of the Gospel back home wtih them to Mexico, and share it with others. We pray that you would use them in a great and mighty way, to encourage them to keep their minds on things above. Because when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter whether these people are in the U.S., Mexico, or wherever, as much as it matters where they go when they die.

"Cause true Christians to share that love with our immigrants, illegal and legal, quickly, Lord, while it is day and we can work, for the night cometh soon, when no man can work. In the precious, Holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen."

More for the prayer board, perhaps, but my heart really does go out to them. The land they're from is really hard to minister in. And, I really believe this land is one of immigrants for the reason that it will be easier to spread the Gospel to their native lands.
