I want to make some pie fillings to put away and I was wondering if $2.99 a pound was a good price for ClearJel? I've always just made the pie and froze it, but this year I want to save room in my freezer so I want to can the filling instead. My plan is to make blueberry and blackberry filling this summer, apple in the fall and strawberry in the winter (that's when our strawberries are in season). Any advice on ClearJel is appreciated! Thanks!!
