I'm not seeking medical advice, but have a question. I fell and hurt my back and my chiropractor is out of town until Monday. I had a shooting pain if I'd cough or take a deep breath, but discovered that if I press in on the area before I'd cough or whatever it didn't hurt, so I got a pressure bandage that you wrap around the injured area. When I first put it on I wanted to cry from relief as it made a big difference, but after an hour or so the bandage starting rolling up on itself so that I ended up with just a thick, narrow band around me that doesn't do anything.

Is there some kind of trick to putting this thing on so it doesn't roll up?

TIA

Not a nurse!!! Do work in Health care thou.
Is there an Urgent Care that you could go to?
Or Even the ER..
That is what I would do go to one of the two.
You might have Really Really hurt it bad and
need to be seen by some body NOW.

It's not a bad injury - I just rolled out off the bed and onto the floor - not a great distance. It's just that I have a bruise that's swollen, and the bandage helps a lot. I'm seeing a chiropractor on Monday, take painkillers when I need them, and am keeping ice on the bruise; if I don't overdo I'm OK, but with the bandage I can do more than I can without! :)
