Ingredients:
fresh green beans (thinner seem better than those that are full) Use the amount that is required for your family or group
garlic clove, chopped
sesame oil
sugar
soy sauce
Steam beans until just beginning to cook.
While beans are steaming, saute chopped garlic in 1 TBSP or so of sesame oil.
After garlic is done, add beans and stir around to get them coated with oil.
Add soy sauce...this to your taste...2 or 3 TBSP seems to be enough.
Add 1 tsp sugar.
Cook until they are the doneness you prefer. This will be in 8 or 9 minutes.
