Once again you people are too paranoid. :)
I personally don't believe there is a New World Order. I don't believe our Presidents are pre-determined.

BigDaddy is right...
The case at the ICJ has to do with a treaty to which the US is a signatory. It basically says that if you are arrested for a crime while you're in a foreign country, you have a fundamental right to talk with a representative from your embassy so that your home country can assist in your defense.
Think of it this way. If you and your family were traveling in eastern Europe this summer, and the local police in Prague arrested you and charged you with murder...your very first phone call would likely want to be to the US Embassy, and you'd want someone from the Embassy to show up at the jail and assist you.
That's all this is about. These are Mexican nationals who were picked up in the US for crimes, and who have now been sentenced to death, but their home country was never informed until the trial was over. By treaty, Mexico has the right to know about cases against its citizens, and has a right to confer with and provide legal assistance to its citizens. Several US states have violated that treaty.

The key to this is the fact ..... that, for the most part Mexican Nationals DO NOT identify themselves as such:ohno

In these cases, they did...and the state officials refused to contact the Mexican government, as required to do so by law.

I'm still not decided on the entire NWO thing. I do think there is a kind of globalist political culture being pushed by about everybody in the world. I don't think a smoke-filled room of old men with moose-antlered Freemason hats are pulling the puppet strings.
As far as Presidents being predetermined: The Word does state that God chooses the leaders and authorities of this world.

It is VERY popular for the Internationalist's ( Globalist)to say that they are taking the Jobs no American wants or will do.
However, ...once they are LEGAL ..... they won't do those jobs either ....for the same wage !!!!! They will REQUIRE the SAME money everyother American wants ..... and there you go. The Mexican does compete for every Americans job.
FURTHER.... Bush and the globalist take every opportunity to make the American public appear to be racists for wanting to protect the border and our country from illegal's coming into the United States of America. Controlled "limited" immigration is a good thing.... 12 million criminals are not!

I stand between the two sides. I ask these questions so as to avoid sounding paranoid :nod
Is there a desire to consolidate power worldwide? Yes. (U.N. E.U. etc)
Is there evidence that people are working to that end? Yes.
Can man bring this about? No. He is far too stupid to pull it off.
Is the devil pulling the strings of these people? I believe Yes.
We know the devil for a short time will have this world dictator status, and people are gonna buy it. It is why I think people are being conditioned to be comfortable with the notion of a "world community" doing things. Think about the grief a nation gets when the U.N. as a whole disagrees with them. Good thing is the U.N. is impotent and loaded with foolish men and women who are obsessed with themselves.
