In looking at different threads i see a diference in christian opinions.
Some see all heck about to break loose, others see it coming later, some not at all. What do you think and why?
ps.. this is my first poll posting, i hope i do it right.

I'm a newbie here, but I think things are getting very strange on many fronts. The economic concerns and the devaluation fo the dollar compared to other currencies, the trends in many churches to stray from the true gospel to focus on numbers rather than depth, the worsening food situation worldwide, and with the recent weather disasters, definite likelihood for US crops to be affected- fires in CA, floods in the midwest, prosecution of pastors for speaking against homosexuality in Canada, lawsuit against Tyndale for publishing the Bible because it offended his homosexual tendencies, and lastly, homosexual marriage, forbidden by the Bible. Ouch. Oh, I forgot, Amanutjob wanting to wipe Israel off the map.
I work in a hospital, and recently the number of admits to the psych units for all ages seem to be increasing. Everyone seems more anxious. I think it will be soon, within a year or two at the most, but probably before then because once Iran goes nuclear, they will try to destroy US, Israel, and God will intervene before we totally destroy ourselves.
But, I really don't know much compared to so many others who post here, so I hope I'm not toofar out in left field.:unsure

Not only I think this war will happen soon, but it will happen VERY unexpectedly.
One morning, whenever that will be, I may wake up in my BEST of moods...everything goody-goody in my life, my city, and even in this country and world. Then the next thing after I turn on my tv are explosions blasting off in the Mideast.

I voted none of the above......I don't believe the US will attack Iran, and I highly doubt Israel will either. Wars between Israel and it's neighbors..yes but no iran nuke facility attack. Gas will continue to go up and the dollar will continue going down.

Also, 4 medical curiosities: (1) poison ivy is now has >10 x more poisonous oil than it has had in previous years (2) a bacteria called C. Difficile, which causes some cases (the dangerous ones) of antibiotic associated diarrhea, has 16-25 x more diarrhea toxin than it has in previous years (and it's now sometimes resistant to one of the two antibiotics used against it) (3) Infectious Disease specialists are worried about worsening antibiotic resistance to the point where antibiotics could become ineffective for most infections (20 yrs away at least, I would guess), (4) and don't forget the impending bird flu pandemic.

I am sorry I had to vote none of the above due to semantics.
I do not believe congress will allow the US to go to war with Iran. The war with Iran and this is speculation from prophecy, is that Israel will initiate the war with Iran, not the US. However when this DOES happen, Iran will be so infuriated and will run to Russia and have them lead a coalition of armies against Israel spoken of in Ezekiel.
Let me also add we won't be here when this happens.
First I believe Syria has to be out of the picture before Israel starts this war with Iran, due to the fact that Syria is no where mentioned in Ezekiel's war at all.
What is also interesting to me and also can be taken as pure speculation is that if Obama is elected president, and him being what I believe a person of no action against any Muslim nation, there will be no interference from the US at all. (Which is why you do not see us in prophecy defending Israel during this time)
I believe however the USA even now is trying to be independent from foreign oil, (Not possible for it to be complete independence) but working towards it in any case.
But to balance out what I am saying, war always causes market instability, I just don't think we will have to worry about it.
